Founded by Dr. Karl Glander, our family-owned practice is built on a legacy of trusted care, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to serve the families throughout Greenwood, Bargersville, and the Southside of Indianapolis. Dr. Rochford was once a patient himself, back when the practice was known as Glander Orthodontics. After evolving into Glander Rochford Orthodontics and now Rochford Orthodontics, the practice continues the same legacy that first inspired him to pursue orthodontics following his own life-changing transformation.

Today, our mission continues: to provide the highest quality of care and a truly exceptional experience for every patient while creating healthy, confident smiles. We’re committed to fostering an environment where both patients and staff can be their best selves. Dr. Rochford

Dr. Brian Rochford grew up right here in Greenwood and now feels honored to create confident smiles in the same community where his own orthodontic journey began. Dr. Rochford is now a nationally recognized orthodontist for his use of digital technology. A former patient of Dr. Glander, the son of Dr. Karl Glander, who founded Glander Orthodontics; he experienced firsthand how a new smile can be truly life-changing, and that inspiration drives his passion for every patient he treats. Outside the office, Dr. Rochford loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Tara, their daughters, Marie and Claire, and their dog, Remy. And he’s always up for singing along to Taylor Swift in the clinic!

Dr. Byers

Dr. Beau Byers discovered his love for Indianapolis while studying at Butler University and is excited to return after completing his orthodontic residency in Florida. His path to orthodontics began at Butler, where a chance meeting with Dr. Rochford inspired his career and, years later, a meaningful professional partnership. Passionate about creating confidence and joy through every smile, Dr. Byers is thrilled to serve the Indianapolis community that first inspired him. He and his wife are excited to have recently relocated here and to be joining this vibrant community.
